An established and growing private practice is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+++ years PQE) to join its expanding team, with a role built around genuine flexibility. This firm has structured the position to fit around you and is open to:
- Full time or part time arrangements

- Consultancy agreements

You will advise both individuals and businesses across a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters with real scope to shape how you work.
The Role
You will:
- Manage your own varied employment law caseload from instruction through to resolution
- Advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, redundancy, grievances and settlement agreements
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies and handbooks
- Represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required
- Provide strategic, commercially focused advice to SME and corporate clients
- Build and maintain long term client relationships
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of the firm

About You
You will be:
- A UK qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law within private practice
- Experienced in handling your own caseload independently
- Confident advising claimant and/or respondent clients
- Comfortable working remotely, with strong organisation and self management skills
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions focused
