Salary: £30,000pa to £32,000pa plus very generous commission (OTE circa £55,000pa)

We are recruiting for an experienced Aesthetic Therapist to join one of London’s most prestigious luxury skin and aesthetics clinics.

The clinic combines advanced technology, cosmeceutical skincare and specialist facial techniques to create highly personalised treatment programmes for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver bespoke advanced facial and skin treatments to an exceptional standard
* Conduct detailed consultations and assess individual skin concerns
* Develop personalised treatment programmes
* Confidently operate a range of advanced aesthetic technologies within your training and competency
* Provide expert skincare and aftercare recommendations
* Recommend and retail premium cosmeceutical skincare
* Build long-term relationships with a discerning and VIP client base
* Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience
* Work towards treatment, retail and commercial KPIs
* Maintain impeccable clinical, hygiene and presentation standards
About You
* Level 4 Beauty/Aesthetics qualification preferred – Level 3 candidates will also be considered
* Strong experience within advanced facials and skin treatments
* Multi-modality aesthetic treatment experience
* Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin health and cosmeceutical skincare
* Previous experience within a luxury aesthetics clinic, premium spa or high-end beauty environment
* Comfortable working with VIP clientele
* Excellent consultation and customer service skills
* Polished, professional and personable approach
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Impeccable personal presentation
