As a Health & Safety Officer in the property department, you'll play a key role in ensuring safety standards are met and maintained across operations. This temporary position is all about supporting compliance and promoting a safe working environment.

Description

Monitor and maintain health and safety compliance across property operations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
Provide guidance and advice on health and safety matters to staff and contractors.
Investigate incidents and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.
Maintain accurate records of safety checks and compliance reports.
Assist in developing and updating health and safety policies and procedures.
Deliver training or briefings to raise awareness of safety standards.
Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Profile

A successful Health & Safety Officer should have:

Relevant qualifications in health and safety practices.
Experience in a property or similar environment.
