We're Hiring: Catering Manager
Location: Across all sites in Shropshire & Telford & Wrekin
Hours: 37 hours per week (including weekends on a rota basis)
Pay: £16.71 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent
Are you a passionate and experienced catering professional ready to take the lead across multiple sites? We’re looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to oversee and enhance our food service operations across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and manage catering teams across various locations
* Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
* Manage budgets, and maintain compliance with food hygiene regulations
* Support recruitment, training, and development of catering staff
* Work flexibly, including weekends on a rota basis
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in catering management or similar leadership role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to travel between sites with mileage paid at the rate of 40p per mile
* A flexible approach to working hours
* Food hygiene certification (Level 3 or above preferred)
