The Role:
Supporting pupils in the classroom
Working alongside teachers and school staff
Providing one-to-one and small-group support
Helping pupils with their learning and development
Building positive relationships with children and young people
Supporting classroom activities and school routines
Gaining valuable experience within a professional education settingWho We're Looking For:
Recent graduates or university students
A genuine interest in working with children and young people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic, patient and approachable
Reliable and professional
