A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Shift Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a state-of-the-art commercial static site in Central London. What you'll do:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services systems.
Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated plant.
Complete routine inspections and testing to ensure electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.
Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests, minimising disruption to site operations.
Support minor electrical works, system upgrades, and general engineering projects where required.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements. What you'll bring:
City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in an Electrical discipline.
Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
Good understanding of commercial electrical systems and building services plant.
