Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site activities and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Coordinate materials, labour, and project schedules.
Lead site meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and project managers.
Monitor progress, quality, and project costs.
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and risk assessments.Requirements
Proven track record as a Site Manager (ideally in residential or commercial construction).
Strong understanding of H&S legislation and building regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills.
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred).
Driving licence and ability to travel locally as required.What We Offer
