How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior Project Manager – MEP

Lead complex M&E projects from planning through to handover

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of complex Mechanical & Electrical projects across a multi-site portfolio.

Working closely with the Operations Director, you'll lead project planning, delivery, resource coordination and client relationships — bringing strong technical understanding of M&E building services together with genuine leadership of project teams and commercial performance.

    What You'll Be Doing

Lead the preparation, planning, delivery and completion of M&E construction projects, ensuring all contractual obligations are met or exceeded

Manage and develop supervisory, engineering and site teams, leading project steering groups and cross-discipline meetings

Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control

Maintain a strong focus on health, safety and environmental performance, including setting KPIs, reviewing incidents and leading safety tours

Support commercial governance — preparing cost plans, managing cost vs. value, and leading weekly cost reviews

Manage procurement of subcontractors, advising on commercial, operational and risk considerations

Set project KPIs, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

Provide technical input to support work-winning activities

    What We're Looking For

A proven leader, confident managing teams and developing talent

Strong commercial awareness, with real experience in cost control, forecasting and contract management

Excellent communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills

A natural collaborator, comfortable working closely with clients, supply chain and internal teams

Someone who takes genuine ownership of safety, quality and delivery — not just box-ticking

Organised, with the ability to produce and manage project programmes and documentation to a high standard

    Qualifications

    Essential

experience in Project Management within M&E or a regulated construction environment

Strong understanding of M&E building services and multi-discipline project delivery

Experience managing construction operations, including phasing, commissioning and handover

Proven leadership experience, including managing teams and developing talent

Strong commercial awareness, with experience in cost control, forecasting and contract management

    CSCS card and SMSTS qualification

Experience working collaboratively with clients, supply chain and internal teams

    Desirable

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline

Project Management qualification (APM, Prince2, or similar)

Experience in healthcare, data centres or other complex M&E environments

Knowledge of NEC, JCT or similar contract suites

Experience supporting work-winning or tendering activities

Experience mentoring, coaching or developing project teams

    Our Values

People First – It starts with health, safety and wellbeing

Better Together – A collaborative team

Trusted Partners – Dedicated to our clients' success

Taking Responsibility – Making a positive difference

    Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

We're committed to an inclusive and fair recruitment process. If you need any adjustments please let us know, in confidence, our team is here to support you
