Production Operative

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team on a permanent night shift. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, assembling products, carrying out quality checks, and supporting production activities to ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare moulds and operate rotomoulding machinery.

* De-mould, cut, and assemble products.

* Use power, air, and hand tools safely.

* Move materials and products using lifting equipment.

* Complete production and quality records accurately.

* Monitor stock levels and report shortages.

* Report equipment faults and maintenance issues.

* Work as part of a team to achieve production and quality targets.

Requirements

* Strong commitment to health and safety.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Reliable, flexible, and hardworking approach.

* Ability to carry out physically demanding work.

* Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces.

* Confident using PCs and tablets.

Desirable Experience

* Manufacturing or production experience.

* Machinery operation experience.

* Experience with power tools and lifting equipment.

* FLT/Combi licence (preferred).

Hours

Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00pm–6:00am
