Job Title: HR Generalist

Salary: Circa £45,000
Key Responsibilities:
Advising managers and employees on day-to-day HR queries
Supporting ER activity, escalating more complex matters when appropriate
Coordinating key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, changes and leavers
Supporting benefits administration and responding to employee's queries
Assisting with immigration, visa, and relocation queries
Providing recruitment coordination support alongside the Talent Acquisition team
Supporting contracts and employee onboarding processes
Helping coordinate manager training and HR-led learning initiatives
Contributing to HR projects across the UK and wider European team
Researching employment trends, market practice and policy developments to help inform HR recommendations
Supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives
Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience
Providing general support across the HR team in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly
Skills and Experience:
Experience supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR matters
Confidence dealing with sensitive and sometimes complex employee matters
An interest in employment trends, HR best practice and continuous improvement
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
