Rate: £200–£220 per day

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Plumber to join the team on a long-term contract basis.
The initial role will be based within a secured environment, working as part of a day-to-day reactive maintenance team. You must therefore be comfortable working in a secure environment and able to successfully complete the required security vetting.
The Role
You will be responsible for a range of reactive plumbing and maintenance tasks, including:
Reactive plumbing maintenance and repairs
Fault finding and diagnostics
Repairing and replacing taps, valves, toilets and other plumbing fixtures
Carrying out general plumbing repairs and remedial works
Basic water system maintenance
Identifying leaks and carrying out repairs
Using power tools safely and effectively
Long-term opportunities to work across a wider range of public and private sector sites, including hospitals, educational establishments, social housing and other secure environments.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience working as a Plumber
CSCS card
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent plumbing qualification
Full UK Driving Licence
Own transport and tools
Ability to operate power tools
Fluent English communication skills
Ability to pass strict background checks and security vetting
A current DBS would be advantageous. If you do not already hold one, assistance can be provided with obtaining this.
