Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager in the Berkshire region to support the No.1 on site, as well as coordination of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive background in volume housebuilding and a flawless health and safety record.

Key Responsibilities:

* Production & Programme Delivery: Support the day-to-day coordination of on-site operations, driving construction programmes to ensure plots are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

* Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections across all trades, managing snagging processes and ensuring strict compliance with NHBC standards, building regulations, and specification requirements.

* Subcontractor Management: Supervise on-site trade contractors and labour, monitoring daily progress, coordinating site logistics, and holding teams accountable for performance, safety, and productivity.

* Customer Journey: Collaborate with the sales and customer care teams to ensure plots are ready for meticulous pre-completion checks, delivering a seamless handover experience for new homeowners.
