THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing accident-damaged vehicles and returning them to a high standard. The role requires a skilled technician who is confident carrying out Strip & Fit work and can consistently deliver quality repairs.

Key responsibilities include:
·Carrying out structural and cosmetic repairs to accident-damaged vehicles.
·Completing Strip & Fit work, removing and refitting panels, trims and vehicle components.
·Repairing and replacing damaged body panels.
·Carrying out panel alignment, adjustment and preparation for further repair stages.
·Assessing vehicle damage and selecting appropriate repair methods.
·Using specialist body repair tools and equipment safely and effectively.
·Completing allocated repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
·Working closely with other Bodyshop technicians to maintain an efficient repair process.

ABOUT YOU
This opportunity would suit an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Vehicle Body Repair Technician who takes pride in their workmanship and is confident working on a range of accident-damaged vehicles.

You'll ideally have:
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
·Proven Strip & Fit experience - essential.
·Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair methods and techniques.
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining consistently high repair standards.
·Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship.
·Reliable, professional and team-focused approach.
·A full UK driving licence.
