An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join one of the UK's most respected premium housebuilders on a prestigious residential development in the Bridgwater area.

The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play an important role in the successful delivery of a high-quality housing development from construction through to customer handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the day-to-day management of the construction site.
Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and trades.
Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
Monitoring programme progress and supporting the achievement of build deadlines.
Carrying out quality inspections and assisting with the management of snagging and defects.
Supporting the delivery of an exceptional finished product and customer experience.
Maintaining accurate site records and ensuring company procedures are followed.
Helping to create a positive, professional and collaborative site environment.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within volume housebuilding or residential construction.
You will be:
Passionate about delivering high-quality homes.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A strong communicator with the ability to manage and motivate subcontractors.
Committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety.
Customer-focused and proud of the product you deliver.
Ambitious, driven and keen to develop your career with a leading housebuilder.
Relevant qualifications including SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS will be required.
