We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance
Engineer with a strong Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning bias to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding across a range of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial sites.
Diagnose, fault-find and rectify mechanical, electrical or HVAC-related issues.
Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems, pumps, motors and associated equipment.
Undertake general mechanical or electrical maintenance in line with your core trade.
Carry out general plumbing and building services maintenance where required.
Complete emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks.
Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance.
Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns across the London and M25 area.
Complete job sheets, service reports and maintenance documentation accurately.
Maintain excellent customer service and professional relationships with clients. Requirements
City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning or a related building services discipline.
Proven experience within commercial building services maintenance.
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
A clear Mechanical, Electrical or Air Conditioning bias.
Good understanding of commercial HVAC and building services systems.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload across London and the M25. Salary & Benefits
£40,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and bias.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
