How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced and service-oriented Client Payroll Specialist to join our Danish Client Payroll team, delivering outsourced payroll services primarily to international clients, often in collaboration with colleagues across other service teams.

International payroll exposure is highly valued, and experience with Danish payroll is particularly advantageous.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional seeking a varied role with significant client interaction, opportunities for professional growth, and exposure to international business environments.

To be successful in this position, you will have a genuine interest in payroll administration, take ownership of your client portfolio, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment. If you also have an interest in client relationship management, process improvement, and personal development, we would love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end payroll administration for a portfolio of Danish clients.
    • Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
    • Prepare and distribute payslips.
    • Support salary payments and payroll-related transactions.
    • Produce payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliations on behalf of clients.
    • Assist clients with a range of HR-related matters, including pensions, absence administration, statutory reimbursements, and payroll compliance requirements.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high level of service and support.
    • Participate in the implementation and onboarding of new clients as your experience develops.

    About You

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working within a client payroll, payroll bureau, payroll outsourcing, or payroll services environment.

    Essential Requirements

    • Experience managing payroll for multiple clients and/or maintaining a portfolio of payroll clients.
    • Strong client service and stakeholder management skills.
    • Knowledge of payroll processes and payroll administration.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Strong Excel skills.
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

    Preferred Requirements

    • Experience working with international clients and international payroll environments.
    • Understanding of Danish payroll legislation, employment practices, and payroll compliance requirements.
    • Experience with Epos payroll software.
    • Interest in payroll systems, implementations, process improvements, and automation.
    • Fluency in Danish, both written and spoken.
    • Experience implementing and onboarding new payroll clients.

    Personal Profile

You are self-motivated, flexible, and highly service-oriented. You take pride in delivering excellent client experiences and adopt a practical, solution-focused approach to your work. You communicate clearly and professionally and enjoy collaborating with colleagues, clients, and external business partners.
