How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    HRIS Specialist


    -Global Fashion Brand / HRIS / SuccessFactors-

    A global premium fashion brand is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to join its HR team and support the continued development of its EMEA organisation.

    The HRIS Specialist will take ownership of HR systems, employee data governance, reporting and system-enabled HR processes across the EMEA region. Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and external vendors, you will help optimise HR technology and deliver scalable digital solutions.

    The ideal candidate should have strong HRIS administration experience, particularly with SuccessFactors, together with advanced reporting, data governance and stakeholder management skills.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage the EMEA HR technology landscape, including HRIS administration, user access, workflows and system governance
    • Maintain employee data integrity and ensure compliance with GDPR, data privacy and information security requirements
    • Develop HR dashboards, workforce reports and people analytics to support HR and business decision-making
    • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through system enhancements, automation and integrations
    • Manage HR system upgrades, testing, data migration and release activities
    • Provide HR systems support and training to HR teams, managers and employees across EMEA
    • Lead and support HR technology projects from planning through implementation
    • Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll and external vendors to deliver effective HR technology solutions


    Ideal Candidate

    • Strong experience in HRIS administration and systems management
    • Significant experience administering SuccessFactors; experience with Workday, Oracle HCM, Dayforce or similar systems is advantageous
    • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle and HR data governance
    • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements
    • Advanced reporting and workforce analytics skills
    • Experience managing system integrations and HR technology projects
    • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or other reporting tools would be advantageous
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working across multiple countries and jurisdictions
    • SuccessFactors or other HRIS certification would be advantageous


    Conditions

    Location: London

    Working Style: hybrid

    Salary: £60,000 per annum + 10% bonus

    Job Type: Permanent, full-time

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday

    Start: negotiable
