We are hiring a Media Buyer to manage and scale paid social campaigns, with a strong emphasis on creative performance and data-driven decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with creative teams and ownership of campaign performance from launch through scale.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns, across platforms. Including Meta, TikTok and others.
- Evaluate and scale creative tests based on performance data
- Translate performance insights into clear creative direction
- Manage budgets, pacing, and performance targets
- Monitor key metrics and take decisive action based on results
- Collaborate with copywriters, editors, and creators to continuously improve output
- Maintain structured testing and scaling processes
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid social accounts at scale
- Strong understanding of creative testing and performance analysis
- Ability to interpret data and apply insights practically
- Experience working in fast-paced, performance-focused environments
- High level of ownership and accountability for results
