Job Title: BMC Server Automation Operations Technologist
Location: London, Uk (Hybrid mode at client location)
Role Summary:
Provide Tier-3 support for BladeLogic and TrueSight automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive platform stability, security and compliance objectives.
• Execute patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation and validation activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, security and business stakeholders.
• Support governance, reporting, audit readiness and continuous improvement.
• Implement automation and operational best practices where applicable.
Required Experience - 5+ years
Technical Skills - BladeLogic, TSSA, NSH, PowerShell, RBAC
Preferred Skills
Enterprise-scale operations experience, stakeholder management, automation mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
