How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Position: Public-Sector Procurement / RFI Response Evaluator


    Type: Freelance Hourly Contract


    Compensation: $80–$120/hour


    Location: Remote


    About the Opportunity

    This opportunity is for experienced Government Procurement, Public Sector Consulting, Proposal Management, Capture Management, and RFI/RFP Response professionals interested in contributing to advanced AI research and evaluation projects.

    The role focuses on reviewing and evaluating AI-generated procurement documents, proposal responses, RFI submissions, bid materials, presentations, and related public-sector work products.

    You'll apply your expertise in government procurement processes, solicitation analysis, proposal development, compliance reviews, and public-sector contracting to help improve the capabilities of next-generation AI systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Evaluate AI-generated RFI responses, procurement documents, proposal materials, bid submissions, presentations, and supporting artifacts for quality and accuracy.
    • Review outputs against domain-specific evaluation frameworks and procurement best practices.
    • Assess responses for compliance, responsiveness, clarity, persuasiveness, technical accuracy, and alignment with solicitation requirements.
    • Identify factual, structural, presentation, and procurement-related errors.
    • Evaluate procurement strategies, vendor responses, compliance matrices, and proposal narratives.
    • Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve AI-generated procurement and proposal content.

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in Public-Sector Procurement, Government Contracting, Proposal Management, Capture Management, Acquisition Support, Procurement Consulting, or a related field.
    • Experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, government proposals, bids, or procurement documentation.
    • Strong understanding of public-sector procurement processes, solicitation requirements, and compliance standards.
    • Native or professional fluency in English.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, and document-based workflows.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree or higher in Business, Public Administration, Government Contracting, Procurement, Law, or a related field.
    • Experience supporting federal, state, local, defense, education, healthcare, or international public-sector procurement programs.
    • Professional certifications such as CPPO, CPPB, CPCM, APMP, PMP, NCMA certifications, or equivalent credentials.
    • Experience evaluating proposal quality, procurement compliance, or competitive bid responses.
    • Familiarity with AI-generated content evaluation and quality assurance workflows.

    Compensation

    • Competitive compensation of $80–$120/hour.
