How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Project and Capacity planner and PMO lead for the Project. The Project and Capacity Planner will be an experienced transformation professional, with a strong and demonstrable background delivering large, multi-year, business critical transformations. The Planner is responsible for overall planning and execution of Project Vision, creating and managing the detailed integrated plan, managing related change control, and creating detailed resource plans. In addition to this activity, the planner will also act as the PMO for the part code change activity - a critical enabler / pre-work required to enable the success of Project Vision. As a dynamic, self-starter, the individual will have the ability to communicate with, and influence senior workstream leaders, ensuring that the PMO function is positioned to `add value' to the project team as a whole.

    What you'll be doing:

Lead the detailed planning of the transformation project
Take responsibility for capacity planning - work with SLT to flag challenges and gaps in terms of resourcing
    Manage all change control processes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of plans at workstream and central level
Receive and manage the quality assurance of status updates from key workstreams
Act as the PMO for the part code change - a critical enabler / pre-work to enable the success of Project Vision
Define the approach to leading people resourcing throughout the programme, including capacity planning
Input into the upskilling and capability building activities across the project team
Drive the management of the project budget and associated reporting
    What we're looking for:

Proficient in project management processes and associated tools (e.g. Microsoft project, Jira)
S4 Hana / SAP programme experience
Practical experience of leading programme management: Tracking progress, status reporting, RAID management, team orchestration
Understanding of how to run technology implementations
Strong experience in project planning (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification)
    Expert in capacity planning
    Budget management capability
Highly organised with the ability to see `the big picture' and a strong focus on outcomes
    Logical, analytical, and multi-tasking
Strong stakeholder engagement capability, and ability to influence and motivate others
Must be able to think and plan strategically; yet possess a detail-oriented, pragmatic management approach
`Big four' consulting experience would be an advantage
