Key Responsibilities
As a dedicated Teaching Assistant, you will support both the class teacher and individual pupils to maintain a thriving learning environment:
Targeted Classroom Support: Assist individual pupils and small groups during structured literacy, phonics, and maths lessons.
SEN & Inclusion: Implement tailored strategies and visual aids for children requiring extra learning support in Birkenhead.
Classroom Management: Collaborate with the primary teacher to maintain an organized, safe, and positive classroom climate.

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary school, early years, or SEN setting.
A patient, empathetic approach with strong communication skills and emotional resilience.
A proactive commitment to personal development and continuous professional education and training.
An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one through Academics).
