How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Product Manager - AI, HealthTech

    £70,000 + Benefits

    Hybrid: Manchester or London

Imagine an app millions of people already trust with something deeply personal, their health. Now imagine being handed the budget and mandate to rebuild it around AI, properly, not as a bolt-on.

That's the role on offer: a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of a major consumer health app, backed by a well-known, well-resourced healthcare provider.

Same scale and data complexity you'd find at a Tesco or an ASOS, except every decision you make has a real human on the other end of it.

Think less "book an appointment" utility, more a genuinely intelligent health companion, one that understands a user's health history, spots patterns across genetics, blood tests, location, ethnicity, diet and nutrition, and nudges them before something becomes a problem rather than after.

    What You'll Do

Own and shape the product roadmap for AI-driven features within a large-scale consumer health app, working closely with data science, engineering and clinical stakeholders.
Translate large, sensitive, multi-source datasets (genetic, clinical, behavioural, lifestyle) into product experiences that are predictive and personalised, not just reactive.
Define how AI surfaces risk and recommendations to users in a way that's trustworthy, explainable and genuinely useful.
Partner with design and research to build a product experience that feels like a companion, not a utility.
Balance commercial and clinical priorities in a highly regulated, high-trust environment. What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Manager on a customer-facing app with real scale, millions of users, high-frequency engagement, or both.
Experience working with large, complex datasets, and ideally a track record of using AI or data to meaningfully change how a product behaves for its users (not just reporting or analytics dashboards).
Comfort operating in a data-rich, high-stakes environment, HealthTech experience is a bonus, not a requirement.
A genuine interest in purpose-driven product work, alongside strong product craft.Interested, or know someone who'd be a good fit? Get in touch.
