Constantine Academy is a youth football coaching academy based in North West London, dedicated to long-term player development through high-quality, player-centred training. Role Description:
The Football Team Coach will design and deliver engaging training sessions aligned with the academy’s long-term player development philosophy, focusing on technical skills, tactical awareness, and game understanding. Responsibilities include planning session content, leading on-pitch activities, providing constructive individual feedback, and monitoring player progress over time. The coach will work on helping your players gain confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset, while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
The role requires
- Availability for 3 sessions per week, including weekends.
- Minimum FA Level 1 coaching qualification
- At least 6 months of coaching experience
- A genuine interest in player development, not just results
- DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
Pay: £25 per session
