Multi-Trade Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading property maintenance contractor for experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a well-established social housing maintenance team covering Cambridge, Peterborough, and the wider East Anglia region.

Company Van & Fuel Card Provided

* Carry out plastering repairs to a high standard.

* Complete a variety of general property maintenance tasks.

* Undertake plumbing repairs and minor installations.

* Carry out carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.

* Diagnose faults and deliver effective, long-lasting repairs.

* Work efficiently within occupied residential properties.

* Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

* Accurately update job information using PDA/mobile technology.

* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with residents.

Requirements

* Plumbing experience and qualifications.

* Carpentry experience and qualifications.

* NVQ, City & Guilds, or Diploma in Carpentry or Plumbing.

* CSCS Card.

* Experience using PDA/mobile working systems
