How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Join a fast-growing B2B SaaS business as a Growth Marketing Manager, owning SMB acquisition, paid media, CRO, SEO and lead generation. You'll have the autonomy to test, optimise and scale growth strategies while directly influencing pipeline and revenue.

    A growing Healthtech business based in central London

    Description

    Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll own the SMB growth engine across paid acquisition, CRO, SEO, nurture and conversion.

    You'll have the freedom to challenge the status quo, identify opportunities and run experiments that directly influence MQLs, pipeline and revenue.

    You'll be joining a business where growth isn't about simply increasing traffic - it's about finding what actually works, proving it through data and scaling it.

    The Role:

    Own SMB acquisition and deliver against ambitious MQL and CPL targets
    Manage and optimise Google and LinkedIn Ads, including budgets and channel performance
    Dive into funnel and performance data to identify the biggest growth opportunities
    Own CRO and A/B testing across the website and landing pages
    Work with content to increase organic acquisition and SEO performance
    Build and optimise automated nurture and re-engagement journeys
    Develop a continuous programme of experiments across channels, audiences, messaging and creative
    Work closely with Sales to understand lead quality and connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
    Use data, insight and experimentation to continually improve acquisition efficiency

    Profile

    We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded and obsessed with finding ways to improve performance.

    You'll ideally bring:

    5+ years' experience in growth/performance marketing, within B2B SaaS, Healthtech or Tech
    A proven track record of scaling high-volume SMB lead generation
    Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads
    Experience building landing pages and running CRO and A/B tests
    Strong analytical skills and confidence using HubSpot, GA4 and Google Search Console
    A track record of turning data and insight into measurable commercial results
    Experience working hands-on across acquisition, CRO and reporting
    Strong SEO knowledge and experience working with content teams

    Job Offer

    £60k - £65k + Bens

    London based - 2 days a week onsite (Wednesday and Friday)
