Industrial Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Machine / Production Operatives for in the Halesowen area. This is an excellent opportunity to secure an ongoing role within a fast-paced and well-established manufacturing operation.
Training Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 7:30am– 16:00pm
* Early finish on Fridays
Normal Hours will be:
* Monday to Thursday
* 15:00pm– 01:00am
Pay Rate:
* £12.71 - £13.25 per hour
* Increase in pay following successful completion of 12-week probation period
Job Duties:
* Using a variety of hand and power tools including drills, spanners and wrenches
* Being able to read a tape measure
* Operating machinery
* Lifting, loading and unloading
* Carrying out quality checks on completed products
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
* Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience is advantageous
* Comfortable using hand and power tools
* Good practical skills and attention to detail
* Reliable with a positive attitude towards work
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
