Are you a CNC Turner with CNC Lathe experience looking for a great work life balance, training and progression opportunities across modern machinery.

On offer is a 4-day working week within a purpose built manufacturing facility, for a company who take pride in looking after and retaining staff.

This specialist engineering company works on the design and manufacture of high-precision components. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced CNC Setter/Operator to join their team.

This is a Monday - Thursday (7am - 5pm) day shift role. You will be responsible for setting, operating and programming CNC Lathes using Fanuc and Fusion 360.

This role would suit a CNC Setter/Operator or CNC Turner looking for a technically varied position, a 4-day working week and long-term stability.

The Role:

Setting, programming and operating CNC Lathes using Fanuc and Fusion 360.
Reading engineering drawings and selecting tooling/machining strategies.
Monday - Thursday (7am - 5pm).The Person:

CNC machining experience with proven CNC Lathe experience
Experience with Fanuc and Fusion 360 programming
Commutable to Aylesbury
