How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Are you an organised and proactive coordinator with experience in fleet administration, health and safety, or compliance? Do you enjoy managing multiple priorities and ensuring high standards are maintained across an organisation? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll fit in well with us at Medstrom, where we have disrupted the market by providing proven and well-evidenced products and services to our busy customers, helping to make a real difference to both their workload and, crucially, their patients’ outcomes.

    - Salary Sacrifice Schemes, including Cycle to Work

This varied role will be responsible for maintaining documentation and communications, supporting and coordinating a range of fleet management activities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Health & Safety Manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Review, update and maintain controlled documents, handbooks, policies and procedures.
    - Support HSE/Fleet meetings, audits and action tracking, including preparing presentations and minutes.
    - Support the development and maintenance of risk assessments, safe operating procedures and training materials.
    - Create, update and allocate LMS training courses, toolbox talks and bite-size learning content on Fleet, Health & Safety related topics.
    - Coordinate accident and near-miss investigation administration.
    - Coordinate fleet administration activities, including vehicle compliance, servicing, MOTs, maintenance scheduling, inspections and breakdown support.
    - Support fleet technology platforms, reporting and driver administration.

Hours of work: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday (approx. 8am - 4pm, can be flexible), based at Castle Donington. Once trained, you will work one day a week at home

    About You:

    - Experience in Health & Safety, Fleet Administration or a similar coordination role.
    - Ideally, you will hold an IOSH qualification or have previous experience within a Health & Safety, Fleet Administration or Compliance role.
