How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Plan and schedule material requirements to support operational activities and project delivery programmes.
Coordinate with operational teams, project managers, overhaul managers, and materials control functions to ensure material availability aligns with business needs.
Identify potential supply risks, escalate issues appropriately, and recommend mitigation actions.
Validate and maintain material delivery plans and associated purchase requirements.
Conduct root cause analysis on material shortages or planning issues and support effective resolution.

    Integrated Material Planning

Support the coordination of material planning activities across the wider supply chain and operational value chain.
Collaborate with planning, operations, inventory management, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of forecasts and material requirements.
Contribute to integrated business planning (IBP) and sales, inventory and operations planning (SIOP) activities.

    Reporting & Performance Management

Monitor and produce key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure planning effectiveness and forecasting accuracy.
Develop and maintain reports that support planning decisions and provide visibility to stakeholders.
Communicate planning insights and recommendations clearly to all levels of the organisation.

    Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, planning processes, and inventory performance.
Support the implementation of best practices, planning methodologies, and system enhancements.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the effectiveness of ERP and planning systems.
Provide recommendations to leadership that drive operational efficiency and business performance.
