What You’ll Be Doing
This is a 360° recruitment role where you’ll have the opportunity to manage and develop your own desk:

Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships

Source standout candidates using recruitment platforms and social media

Create attractive job adverts and manage recruitment campaigns

Match candidates with suitable opportunities
*
Keep clients updated and maintain active candidate pipelines
*
Conduct reference checks and ensure full compliance
*
Stay up to date with recruitment trends and share best practice
