The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting talented education professionals with schools across London. You'll manage your own candidates and clients, build long-term relationships and take ownership of your success.
You'll be responsible for:
Developing and managing relationships with schools and education professionals
Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates
Matching teachers and support staff with suitable opportunities
Business development and winning new clients
Managing your own candidate and client pipeline
Negotiating fees and terms
Working towards individual and team targets
Providing a first-class service to both candidates and schools

£28000.00 - £55000.00 per year
