Regional Manager

A leading facilities management provider is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead Hard FM operations across a portfolio of military sites throughout Cambridgeshire.
This home-based role carries responsibility for operational performance, a budget of approximately £26m, commercial outcomes and large multi-site teams delivering critical maintenance and infrastructure services.
The Role
As the Regional Manager, you'll:

Lead Hard FM operations across a complex, multi-site Defence portfolio.
Manage an annual regional budget of approximately £26m.
Oversee planned maintenance, reactive works and additional service delivery.
Drive operational performance against contractual, commercial and financial targets.
Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and supply chain partners.
Lead and develop teams while maintaining safety, compliance and service standards. About You
To be successful as the Regional Manager, you'll have:

Strong operational leadership experience within Hard FM, construction or engineering.
Proven experience managing complex multi-site operations, budgets and large teams.
Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for financial and operational performance.
Excellent leadership, customer management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ideally, an HND or equivalent Building, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical qualification.
Ideally, SMSTS, NEBOSH or another management-level health and safety qualification. Defence or MOD experience, CDM knowledge and experience using CAFM systems such as Maximo would be advantageous.
