How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Position: Experiental Creative Producer

Employment: Full Time | 42.5 hours per week | Hybrid (1 Day Remote - Wednesday)

    ROLE

Disrupters of the experiential marketing and live event industry, managing client projects from concept through to delivery.

We continue to expand, notably into global markets with the right leaders and teams at the forefront and as part of that growth are currently recruiting for a new Experiental Creative Producer.

This is an opportunity for an experienced, creatively minded producer to join our team, delivering live brand experiences for some of the world’s most exciting brands. You will own projects from initial concept through to on-site delivery and debrief, translating creative vision into deliverable production plans without losing the ambition of the original idea. You’ll lead production partners across design, fabrication, technical, crewing, logistics and venues, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

    Creative Development

    *

Partner with the creative team from brief and concept development through to final delivery, ensuring ideas are ambitious, feasible and achievable within budget.

    *

Translate creative concepts into production-ready plans: technical requirements, stage and set design, audio-visual elements, special effects, content and build.

    *

Contribute to pitches and proposals, providing feasibility input, budget frameworks and production treatments.

    *

Champion quality throughout: ensure the delivered experience matches the creative vision that was sold.

    *

Act as a creative thought leader and trusted advisor to clients, confidently guiding and challenging them towards strong, culturally relevant creative solutions while ensuring their core priorities, objectives and brand needs remain at the heart of the work.

    Production & Delivery

    *

Own end-to-end delivery of live projects: planning, budgeting, scheduling, supplier management, advancement, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation.

    *

Lead and coordinate production partners across design, fabrication, technical, crewing, venues and logistics, ensuring smooth communication and delivery at every stage.

    *

Ensure supplier compliance and project documentation: RAMS, H+S documentation, insurances and licensing are in place for every project as well as production trackers, schedules, crew coordination, communications and debriefs

    *

Lead on-site delivery: builds, show days and de-rigs

    Team & Client

    *

Act as day-to-day client lead on assigned projects, managing expectations, updates and approvals with confidence and diplomacy.

    *

Support and mentor Junior Project Managers, helping develop the wider delivery team.

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    *

5+ years of experience producing live events, brand activations or experiential campaigns, ideally within an agency setting

    *

A genuine creative sensibility - you push ideas forward and protect them through delivery, rather than simply executing them.

    *

    Strong budget ownership

    *

An established network of trusted creatives (3D design, 2D design) and production suppliers (fabrication, technical/AV, crewing, logistics).

    *

    A clear communicator

    *

    Resilience and adaptability

    *

Comfortable with flexible working hours and travelling for events. Due to the nature of the industry, you’ll be required to work some evenings and weekends around live projects.

    *

Strong working knowledge of management documentation (RAMS, H+S, insurances, licensing).

    *

Confident IT skills (Google Suite preferable).

    Preferable Additions

    *

    Full drivers license.

    *

Experience working with global consumer brands or within brand-dedicated teams.

    *

Design or technical literacy (e.g. Adobe Suite, Vectorworks, SketchUp or similar).

    *

Industry standard qualifications (plant tickets, H&S, first aid etc)
