Mechanical Engineer

This role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial office buildings and plant rooms, with a focus on mechanical and plumbing systems.

Key duties include:

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs

* HVAC maintenance, including AHUs, FCUs, boilers and chillers

* Plumbing repairs and maintenance

* Fault finding and troubleshooting on mechanical systems

* Water systems and drainage maintenance

* Working alongside electrical engineers and specialist contractors

* Completing maintenance and compliance documentation

* Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations

What they're looking for:

* Strong commercial mechanical maintenance experience (rather than domestic)

* Good HVAC and plumbing knowledge

* Experience working in commercial buildings or plant rooms

* Comfortable working in a client-facing environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skill
