What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and develop your own recruitment desk, taking ownership of both candidate and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing new business and building long-term client partnerships
Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
Delivering temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
Growing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities
Attending client meetings and business development appointments
Negotiating fees and securing new vacancies
Working towards revenue targets, KPIs and personal career goals

What We're Looking For
Experience in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition
Background as a Recruitment Consultant, Delivery Consultant or Resourcer
Strong communication, relationship-building and business development skills
Commercially aware, target-driven and ambitious
Full UK Driving Licence is essential
Desire to build a long-term career in 360 recruitment
