About the Role
My client seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our Contracting Division team based in Coalville, Leicestershire. This role is ideal for a efficient admin professional looking for a flexible hybrid setup (2-3 days on-site) within a leading building materials and construction business.
Key Responsibilities
Process and cross-reference high volumes of subcontractor invoices with speed and accuracy.
Execute accurate data entry tasks across company administrative and financial databases.
Manage invoice queries and liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
Support the Contracting Division with general administrative and documentation tasks.
Requirements
Proven administrative experience, ideally within invoice processing or data entry roles.
Proficiency in core IT systems, particularly Microsoft Word and general office software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and a reliable, proactive approach to tasks.
