The Role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will undertake a range of professional building surveying instructions, including:
Building surveys and technical due diligence
Schedules of condition
Planned and reactive maintenance advice
Dilapidations
Defect diagnosis and technical reporting
Party Wall matters
Contract administration and project management
Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
Providing professional advice directly to clients
You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of sectors and property types, while developing strong client relationships and taking increasing responsibility for your own workload.
About You
The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will ideally:
Be MRICS qualified
Have strong professional building surveying experience
Have excellent technical report writing skills
Be confident dealing directly with clients
Have experience across a range of commercial property
Be commercially aware and able to manage your own workload
Have strong communication and organisational skills
This role would suit a Chartered Building Surveyor, Senior Building Surveyor or MRICS Building Surveyor looking for a varied professional role within a growing London consultancy.
