HR ADMINISTRATOR

Northampton | Up to £30,000 | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm | Permanent

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Administrator to join a well-established and globally recognised business in Northampton.

Working as part of a supportive HR team, this role will play an important part in keeping the employee lifecycle, HR systems and day-to-day people processes running smoothly.

What will you be doing?

Supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to leavers
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
Coordinating right-to-work checks and new starter paperwork
Supporting the monthly payroll process
Managing HR inbox queries and supporting employees and managers
Maintaining absence, holiday and training records
Producing HR reports and supporting HR projects and audits
Helping identify opportunities to improve HR processesWhat are they looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

-Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Assistant or a similar role
-Excellent organisation and attention to detail
-Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
-Strong communication and people skills
-The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment
-Experience using HR systems would be advantageous
-CIPD Level 3 or working towards it would be a bonus
