Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a number of well-regarded secondary schools in the Milton Keynes area and are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their teams. This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to make a positive impact on students' learning and achievement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience and specialism.
The Role:
Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons that inspire and challenge students.
Teach Biology, Chemistry and Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Monitor, assess and track student progress effectively.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to the wider life of the Science department and school community.
Support students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
Be committed to raising standards and improving outcomes for students.
Possess excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Have a genuine passion for Science and education.
