About the Role
Syntech Recruitment are currently looking for Production Operatives to join a busy production and assembly environment in Wokingham.
This is a minimum 4-week temporary assignment, starting on Monday 7th September with the potential for the contract to be extended.
Working within a supervised assembly area, you'll support the assembly and preparation of medical device kits. The work will involve general assembly, bagging, counting, picking and packing, so we're looking for reliable individuals who can work accurately and efficiently.
Production Operative Duties

Manual assembly of medical device kits

Bagging and preparing components

Counting and checking quantities
*
Picking and packing products
*
General production and assembly work
*
Following instructions and established processes
*
Ensuring work is completed accurately and to the required standard

Maintaining a clean and organised working area
What We're Looking For
*
Previous experience within a factory, production, assembly, packing or warehouse environment
*
A methodical approach with a keen eye for detail
*
Good counting and basic checking skills
*
Excellent written English
*
Reliable, punctual and efficient
*
Comfortable working as part of a supervised production team
*
Available to start Monday 7th September and commit to a minimum of 4 weeks
