This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced contact centre leader who enjoys coaching and developing people, driving performance and creating a high-performing team environment.
The Role
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day performance of your team, ensuring colleagues have the coaching, guidance and support they need to achieve their targets and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Coach, motivate and develop team members to improve performance against KPIs and individual objectives.
Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to support continuous development.
Manage and deliver effective monthly 1:1s with team members.
Monitor team performance and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities and development needs.
Support recruitment activity and help promote a positive company and brand image.
Communicate effectively with your line manager, providing updates, feedback and recommendations.
Ensure team members remain up to date with company procedures, processes and products.
Support the wider operation in achieving business targets and maintaining high service standards.
Take ownership of performance management and address issues effectively and professionally.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a background in a contact centre or customer operations environment.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience managing and developing a successful contact centre team.
Strong experience in coaching, performance management and delivering 1:1s.
The ability to understand and analyse performance data and KPIs.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good organisation and time management skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
