A successful Head of Finance should have:
Proven leadership skills in managing finance teams.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Experience with regulatory compliance and financial controls.
Ability to provide strategic financial advice to senior stakeholders.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Competitive salary between £80,000 and £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
