Ocean Kinetics is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Foreman to join our team in Orkney.

Working with clients across some of the islands' key industries – from aquaculture and fishing to renewable energy, whisky and agriculture – no two projects are quite the same. It’s a role that offers the opportunity to work across the company, take responsibility for a varied range of projects and play an important part in developing the next generation of skilled workers.

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience in fabrication and/or welding (coding qualifications would be beneficial)

* Strong workshop and site-based experience

* Good leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills

* Experience mentoring and training apprentices

* The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team

* A practical, can-do approach and pride in delivering quality work

* The right to work in the UK.
