A successful Financial Controller should have:
A professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and an understanding of financial compliance.
Proven experience in managing financial operations within a business services environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data effectively.
The ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a collaborative working environment.

Salary between £70,000 and £80,000, dependent on the level of experience.
