Responsibilities
- You'll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of the Schemes portfolio.
- You'll work closely with Commercial Sales colleagues to identify and support new Schemes opportunities.
- You'll help review and enhance onboarding processes for new schemes, ensuring a smooth customer and broker experience.
- You'll contribute to the delivery of the Schemes business plan and wider Commercial objectives.
- You'll support and develop colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- You'll use management information and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- You'll work collaboratively across the business to deliver great outcomes for brokers and customers.
Required Skills
- Communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience supporting, coaching or developing others.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of profitable growth.
- The ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands effectively.
- An interest in improving customer experiences and business processes.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to share ideas and knowledge.
- Awareness of operational risk and governance requirements.
