Salary: £30,000 - 335,000 depending on experience

The Role
As an HR Administrator, you will provide essential support across the employee lifecycle while gaining valuable hands-on experience across various HR disciplines. Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partners and wider HR team, you will assist with onboarding, employee records, recruitment coordination, HR systems administration, reporting, and day-to-day employee queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across all areas of the HR function.
- Coordinate new starter onboarding, including contracts, references, and right-to-work documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system in a timely manner.
- Prepare HR documentation, including employment letters, contract amendments, and employee correspondence.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and HR policies.
- Manage HR inbox queries and provide first-line support to employees.
- Produce regular HR reports and assist with data audits.
- Support probation reviews, performance management processes, and learning and development activities.
- Ensure employee records are maintained in line with company policies and GDPR requirements.
- Assist with HR projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
About You
- A recent graduate, ideally with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related subject, or someone with a strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
- Previous HR administrative, internship, placement year, or work experience.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or studies towards CIPD would be advantageous but is not essential.
