How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Paid Advertising Specialist

    LOCATION: North Newbald, East Yorkshire

    SALARY: £35,000 – £45,000 (dependant on experience)

Are you an experienced Paid Media Specialist who can turn advertising investment into profitable growth?

Would you enjoy taking ownership of paid media activity across both the UK and US, managing significant budgets across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Paid Social?

If so, this opportunity with Rhinox Group could be for you.

Rhinox Group operates within the construction equipment industry, with a strong ecommerce presence alongside dealer, fleet and wider customer activity. This is a hands-on position for a commercially minded paid media professional who understands the purpose behind each campaign, identifies opportunities for improvement and uses performance data to make informed decisions.

    WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT

Take ownership of paid media strategy, budgets and performance across the UK and US.

Manage complex ecommerce campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Paid Social.

Shape campaign structures, product feeds, tracking and reporting rather than simply maintaining existing activity.

Work closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Content, Design, Sales and Development teams.

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Developing paid media strategies aligned with revenue targets, product priorities and wider marketing plans.

Managing and allocating advertising budgets across platforms, markets, campaigns and product groups.

Taking primary ownership of Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing and audience activity.

Managing Meta advertising, including prospecting, remarketing, audience testing and creative testing.

Exploring opportunities across platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok where supported by a strong commercial case.

Monitoring budget pacing and moving investment towards the campaigns and products delivering profitable growth.

Managing product-feed performance across Google Merchant Centre, Microsoft Advertising and Shopify.

Working with Ecommerce and Development teams to resolve tracking, feed and catalogue issues.

Measuring performance using GA4, Shopify and first-party or server-side tracking data.

Analysing spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CPC, conversion rates and product-level performance.

Producing clear reports that explain why performance has changed and recommend the appropriate next steps.

Supporting product and campaign launches by advising on audiences, channels, budgets, creative, landing pages and tracking.

    WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Strong experience managing paid media or performance marketing accounts.

Significant hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max.

Experience managing Microsoft Advertising and Meta campaigns.

A strong understanding of ecommerce advertising and customer conversion journeys.

Experience controlling meaningful advertising budgets and optimising towards commercial outcomes.

Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting ROAS, CPA, CPC, conversion and revenue data.

Experience using GA4 or similar analytics platforms.

A good understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and the limitations of platform reporting.

The ability to identify unusual performance, tracking issues or unreliable data.

Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for campaign performance.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate technical information in clear commercial language.

A curious, proactive approach with the confidence to challenge automated recommendations and established campaign structures.#

    Full driving licence.

Experience with Shopify, Google Merchant Centre, product-feed management, server-side tracking or large ecommerce catalogues would be particularly valuable. Exposure to technical, automotive, engineering, manufacturing or construction-related products would also be advantageous.

    WHAT YOU’LL GET

    A competitive salary.

A permanent, full-time position with genuine ownership and autonomy.

Responsibility for paid media activity across two distinct international markets.

The opportunity to manage significant advertising investment and directly influence profitable growth.

Scope to improve campaign structures, product feeds, measurement and reporting.

A collaborative role working across Marketing, Ecommerce, Content, Design and Sales.
