How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Store Manager - Luxury Retail | London

A rare opportunity for an ambitious Store Manager to lead a high-profile luxury retail business within one of London's most prestigious department store environments.

We are partnering with an internationally recognised luxury brand to appoint a Store Manager to lead two key retail environments and a sizeable team.

This is a highly visible leadership position for a commercially driven retail professional who enjoys pace, people development and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

    The Opportunity

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the overall performance of the business, driving sales, developing your team and ensuring consistently high luxury standards.

    You'll be responsible for:

Leading, motivating and developing a sizeable team across two retail environments.

Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.

Delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.

Coaching and developing management and sales teams, with a strong focus on succession planning.

Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.

Identifying and delivering commercial opportunities, events and business initiatives.

Overseeing visual merchandising, stock, operations and compliance.

Partnering with HR on recruitment, engagement and talent development.

    What We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced Store Manager or senior retail leader with a strong commercial track record and genuine passion for luxury and customer experience.

Your background could be within luxury retail, premium retail, a department store or concession environment.

Multi-site experience would be highly advantageous, as would experience managing within a complex, high-footfall department store environment.

    You'll ideally have:

Proven experience delivering sales targets and commercial KPIs.

Experience leading and developing sizeable teams.

    Strong commercial and analytical skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

A hands-on, energetic and inspirational leadership style.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile retail environment.

    Why This Role?

This is much more than a traditional Store Manager position.

You'll have genuine scope and visibility, with the opportunity to influence commercial performance, customer experience, people development and future growth across a significant luxury retail business.

For an ambitious Store Manager, this is an opportunity to take the next step in your career within a truly prestigious environment.

If you're ready for your next leadership challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
