How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Senior Data Analyst - Customer Success

šŸ“London, UK (Hybrid working 2/3 days in the office)

    10-Month Contract

    £250 a day inside IR35

A well established Fintech leader is looking for an experienced Data Analyst who loves digging into user journeys, finding the story behind the numbers, and showing businesses the exact purpose behind their data.

You will join the Customer Success Data Science team. This is a hands-on, consultative role where you'll help bridge the gap between technical data engineering and executive business strategy across international markets.

    Key Responsibilities

User Journey & Funnel Diagnostic: Evaluate user behavior across digital touchpoints to map drop-off points, diagnose churn drivers, and highlight areas for product or operational improvements.
Metric Design & Reporting: Build and maintain BI reporting suites (in Tableau or Power BI) that give executive teams a real-time view of customer health, support efficiency, and platform adoption.
Analytics Engineering Collaboration: Write production SQL to clean, structure, and model datasets-ensuring every pipeline built connects to a specific business decision or operational check.
Modern Tooling & Efficiency: Integrate emerging AI tools (such as Claude) into your daily routine to speed up query writing, workflow documentation, and data validation, while maintaining rigorous data quality controls.
Stakeholder Enablement & Storytelling: Lead regular insights reviews with both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex statistical analyses into simple, business-focused recommendations.

    Essential Skils

5+ years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst or Analytics function.
    Proficient in SQL
Good working knowledge of Python for analysis and automation.
Strong expertise with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience evaluating customer journeys, user funnels, and retention, with a solid grasp of statistics and experimentation (A/B testing).
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities-you know how to explain what you built, why you built it, and what it means for the business.

    šŸ“London, UK (Hybrid) | 10-Month Contract |Ā£250 a day inside IR35

If you enjoy working autonomously, tackling complex user journey datasets, and seeing the direct business impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

If this sounds of interest to you then please apply directly to the AD or send your CV to
